Narrative:
On takeoff, gusty winds caused a wing waggle, causing 1 tip tank to touch ground. The takeoff was made, tower notified of a fuel leak from that tank. Uneventful landing to remove tip tanks and ferry to another airport.

Title: THE PLT OF A CPR T33 HAS A WINGTIP HIT THE RWY DURING A GUSTY, XWIND TKOF. THE TIP TANK STARTED TO LEAK AND THE PLT RETURNED TO LAND.
Narrative: ON TKOF, GUSTY WINDS CAUSED A WING WAGGLE, CAUSING 1 TIP TANK TO TOUCH GND. THE TKOF WAS MADE, TWR NOTIFIED OF A FUEL LEAK FROM THAT TANK. UNEVENTFUL LNDG TO REMOVE TIP TANKS AND FERRY TO ANOTHER ARPT.
