During autoplt leveloff altitude 15200 ft. Descended promptly and smoothly to 1500 ft after disconnecting autoplt. ATC queried us as to our altitude and we reported level at 15000 ft. Traffic reported at 12 O'clock position and 15 NM, at 16000 ft, no warnings, no conflicts.
