Narrative:

Had a negative indication on right gear, did 2 fly-by's at fcm. Had conflicting reports on the condition of right gear. Did emergency procedures and landed at msp runway 4/22, gear was down. When dealing with the FAA found that 3 items in maintenance logs were not signed off correctly. The 3 items were done but one was not signed by an a&P but by me, the pilot on a phase 10 visual rivet inspection. Phase 2 was not signed off as a phase 2 but as a phase 9 and a service letter which led me to believe it was done. And an airworthiness directive sign off which was complete as a service letter and service bulletin before the airworthiness directive was completed.
