Narrative:
While taxiing on taxiway B at dxr airport and applying brakes, aircraft veered to left hitting 2 taxiway lights. Right brake did not hold. Left brake held making aircraft turn 180 degrees. Reported to ground control lights knocked over entrance taxiway C.
