Narrative:
A crossing restr of 11000 ft was given at john's intersection. The aircraft descended through 11000 ft. The error was noted and corrective action was taken. No traffic conflict was noted. Because of a late assignment to cross john's intersection there was a rush to get the aircraft down which contributed to the descent through 11000 ft.
