Narrative:
A citation jet landed on runway 12 and rolled out to D3. A skymaster was landing behind the citation and was well past the threshold (approximately abeam taxiway G airborne) when the citation finally exited the runway.

Title: LCL CTLR ALLOWED A CESSNA TO LAND ON AN OCCUPIED RWY. THE PREVIOUS LNDG ACFT WAS STILL ON THE RWY WHEN THE CESSNA TOUCHED DOWN.
Narrative: A CITATION JET LANDED ON RWY 12 AND ROLLED OUT TO D3. A SKYMASTER WAS LNDG BEHIND THE CITATION AND WAS WELL PAST THE THRESHOLD (APPROX ABEAM TXWY G AIRBORNE) WHEN THE CITATION FINALLY EXITED THE RWY.
