Narrative:
Routine IOE, first officer flying, VFR, autoland for las runway 25L at approximately 1300 ft AGL, tower stated, air carrier xyz, land on runway 25R. First officer disconnected autoplt and lined up on runway 25R. Captain selected runway 25R on CDU, selected ILS frequency, cycled flight director switches, selected autoplt, selected approach. At 1000 ft localizer and GS captured. Aircraft on GS and localizer. No land 3 annunciated. Approach was stable. At approximately 100 ft aircraft was lined up slightly left of centerline, but acceptable. Captain called out 70 ft, 60 ft. Radar altitude announced 50 ft. Flare capture. Aircraft started to flare. Autoplt disconnected with aural warning. Aircraft bounced and started to head left. Captain took aircraft and made normal landing. Captain had aircraft inspected by maintenance. First landing was firm, but not hard. First officer flew nice autoland on next leg to lax. First officer flew nice manual landing at atl. Suspect a gust hit aircraft below 50 ft.
