Narrative:
We were on the aus departure over podds intersection. We were discussing the turn after podds, while we were arriving there and leveling off at 11000 ft. We went above 11000 ft due to the discussion of the turn at podds. We should be more alert to our leveloff altitude. There was a piper aircraft at 12 O'clock, 2 mi, 1000 ft above.
