Narrative:
Previous captain did not comply with a required pilot logbook write-up concerning a special procedure pertaining to an MEL. Previous captain was long gone and my captain elected to take the airplane to phl anyway.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED WITH UNSPECIFIED MEL SPECIAL PROCS NOT COMPLIED WITH BY THE INBOUND CAPT AND OUTBOUND CAPT.
Narrative: PREVIOUS CAPT DID NOT COMPLY WITH A REQUIRED PLT LOGBOOK WRITE-UP CONCERNING A SPECIAL PROC PERTAINING TO AN MEL. PREVIOUS CAPT WAS LONG GONE AND MY CAPT ELECTED TO TAKE THE AIRPLANE TO PHL ANYWAY.
