Narrative:
Our call sign was abcc. There was also a xycc on frequency. We took a climb clearance for xycc to FL190 but stopped at 16000 ft after receiving a TCASII RA. Heavy congestion on frequency.

Title: MLG ACFT IN CLB TOOK WRONG ALT LEVELOFF CLRNC, WHEN THAT CLRNC WAS FOR ANOTHER ACFT WITH SIMILAR CALL SIGN. TCASII ALERTED FLC TO TFC AND THEY STOPPED THE CLB. CTLR CLRED THEM TO MAINTAIN THAT ALT.
