Medium large transport aircraft in climb took wrong altitude leveloff clearance, when that clearance was for another aircraft with similar call sign. TCASII alerted flight crew to traffic and they stopped the climb. Controller cleared them to maintain that altitude.

Narrative:
Our call sign was abcc. There was also a xycc on frequency. We took a climb clearance for xycc to FL190 but stopped at 16000 ft after receiving a TCASII RA. Heavy congestion on frequency.
