Narrative:
Flight landed runway 22R at ord. The speed on approach had been changed from 210 KTS to 220 KTS then slowed to 170 KTS. Other traffic was close behind after slowing to exit at high speed taxiway C. I saw it was closed. ATC said use taxiway 2R, aircraft was not in position to make runway 2, delaying aircraft clearing the runway causing other flight to go around. This could have been prevented by more space in between arrs.

Title: AN ACFT FLYING INTO ORD, IL, IS TOLD TO KEEP ITS AIRSPD HIGH UNTIL LNDG. AS THE ACFT LANDS IT IS UNABLE TO TURN OFF AT THE TXWY AS INSTRUCTED. SINCE IT IS ON THE RWY LONGER THAN EXPECTED, THE FOLLOWING ACFT EXECUTES A GAR.
