Narrative:
During takeoff roll ATC advised us in a soft voice that our takeoff clearance was canceled. I was not certain that the call was for our flight and the first officer did not hear the call. We therefore continued the takeoff from runway 36L. After rotation we saw that a B727 was going missed approach on runway 27. The aircraft turned right and was not a factor. If they had flown the runway heading there would have been a conflict. Any time a controller needs an aircraft to stay on the ground after a takeoff clearance has been issued they should state it in a loud clear commanding voice and should repeat the command if it is not complied with. If there is a question whether the airplane has reached V1 the controller should follow the command with if possible. Stating the reason would also be helpful.

Title: RPTED SIT OF SF34 CONTINUING TKOF AFTER RECEIVING A CANCELLATION BY THE LCL CTLR. AFTER ROTATION, A B727 WAS OBSERVED IN A R TURN ON A MISSED APCH FROM RWY 27. RPTR WAS UNSURE IF THE CLRNC WAS FOR THEM AND ALLEGES THE FO DID NOT HEAR THE CALL.
Narrative: DURING TKOF ROLL ATC ADVISED US IN A SOFT VOICE THAT OUR TKOF CLRNC WAS CANCELED. I WAS NOT CERTAIN THAT THE CALL WAS FOR OUR FLT AND THE FO DID NOT HEAR THE CALL. WE THEREFORE CONTINUED THE TKOF FROM RWY 36L. AFTER ROTATION WE SAW THAT A B727 WAS GOING MISSED APCH ON RWY 27. THE ACFT TURNED R AND WAS NOT A FACTOR. IF THEY HAD FLOWN THE RWY HEADING THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A CONFLICT. ANY TIME A CTLR NEEDS AN ACFT TO STAY ON THE GND AFTER A TKOF CLRNC HAS BEEN ISSUED THEY SHOULD STATE IT IN A LOUD CLR COMMANDING VOICE AND SHOULD REPEAT THE COMMAND IF IT IS NOT COMPLIED WITH. IF THERE IS A QUESTION WHETHER THE AIRPLANE HAS REACHED V1 THE CTLR SHOULD FOLLOW THE COMMAND WITH IF POSSIBLE. STATING THE REASON WOULD ALSO BE HELPFUL.
