Narrative:
Contact was made with aircraft #2 while climbing and moving away from target area at balloon race. Aircraft #1 was climbing out at 100-200 FPM. Aircraft #2 was climbing out at 300+ FPM estimate. Contact was made, envelope to envelope near equators. No damage or major change in flight direction by either aircraft. Balloon #2 climbed from behind my balloon. I was looking forward, not back and down at balloon behind me.
