Narrative:
While on prado 5 departure out of ont, encountered what appeared to be parachute jumper type aircraft operating near the 080 degree radial sli VOR. Turned northerly to avoid this aircraft which was approximately 14000 ft MSL. We were cleared to FL190 and turned to avoid conflict passing 13000 ft MSL. As we passed north of conflicting aircraft, it made a hard left turn back north. The prado is an intense departure because of numerous aircraft operating in the ont area, including parajump activity. Arrs/departures are deconflicted only with intense ATC direction, step-up altitude restrs, and extreme vigilance by air crews. A warning should be added to the prado 5 departure SID to warn of parajump activity north of sli 080 degree radial. Should I fly this departure in future I will brief extensively on the possibility of parachute jump aircraft operating on both sides of the above radial.

Title: MLG ACFT ON DEP SID WAS TURNED TO AVOID A PARACHUTE JUMPER ACFT. RPTR CAPT SAYS A WARNING SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE DEP TO WARN OF PARACHUTE ACTIVITY. THE SID DOES HAVE THAT INFO.
