Narrative:
At cruise 80 mi southeast of memphis we got oil overheat alert. Followed procedure on multi-function display unit which included engine shutdown (engine #1). Captain began drift-down and coordination for landing in memphis. I ran checklists and coordinated with mem operations. Landed without any additional problems.
