Narrative:
PA28 cleared to land runway 24 at pne and hold short runway 33 for navajo departure. The PA28 executed a go around half way down runway and turned into the navajo airborne down runway 33. The PA28 took evasive action, a steep left turn, to avoid a collision.

Title: PLTDEV NMAC WITH A PA28 EXECUTES A GAR FROM RWY 24 AND CONFLICTS WITH A PA31 AIRBORNE FROM DEP ON RWY 33. RPTR ALLEGES THE PA28 HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 24 AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 33 FOR THE DEPARTING PA31.
Narrative: PA28 CLRED TO LAND RWY 24 AT PNE AND HOLD SHORT RWY 33 FOR NAVAJO DEP. THE PA28 EXECUTED A GAR HALF WAY DOWN RWY AND TURNED INTO THE NAVAJO AIRBORNE DOWN RWY 33. THE PA28 TOOK EVASIVE ACTION, A STEEP L TURN, TO AVOID A COLLISION.
