Narrative:

Air interruption occurred about 10-15 mins into climb out. Fire warning and CO2 released into engine (l-hand). Captain advised returning to dfw after fuel dumping for 20 mins. After takeoff, I said to flight attendant across from me the airplane felt somewhat weird on takeoff -- a bit more shuddering than normal and wobbly. Shortly thereafter, captain called to all cabin. I went into cabin to check passenger. All seemed calm, but really not sure what was going on. Cabin became warm. Passenger began fanning themselves to keep cool. Apparently, 1 passenger got sick. I was not involved in this and paramedics met flight. I never felt any unnecessary condition that this was to be an emergency. Captain and his crew had everything under control and aircraft landed without incident and taxied to the gate.
