Narrative:
When traffic volume is heavy, have an extra set of eyes watching from behind. Traffic was heavy, WX deviations were occurring. Air carrier X was off course and the handoff was not given to the next controller resulting in an airspace violation.

Title: DURING HVY TFC PERIOD WITH WX DEVS, THE CTLR ALLOWED A B737 TO ENTER THE ADJACENT SECTOR'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT HDOF POINTOUT. RPTR BELIEVES THAT DURING HVY WORKLOAD PERIODS ANOTHER CTLR SHOULD BE ASSIGNED TO ASSIST THE RADAR CTLR.
Narrative: WHEN TFC VOLUME IS HVY, HAVE AN EXTRA SET OF EYES WATCHING FROM BEHIND. TFC WAS HVY, WX DEVS WERE OCCURRING. ACR X WAS OFF COURSE AND THE HDOF WAS NOT GIVEN TO THE NEXT CTLR RESULTING IN AN AIRSPACE VIOLATION.
