Narrative:
60 NM northwest of bowie on the arrival to dfw, we received an RA to climb. Captain climbed the aircraft according to the command. The RA cleared at FL255 and we returned to FL240. We informed ATC of our climb and descent. We were told that a T38 came up under us at FL230. ATC said nothing further about the matter.

Title: AN ACR MD80S RECEIVED TCASII RA AND PROPERLY FOLLOWED CLB COMMAND. ATC RPTED A T38 HAD CLBED UP TO 1000 FT BELOW RPTR ACFT.
Narrative: 60 NM NW OF BOWIE ON THE ARR TO DFW, WE RECEIVED AN RA TO CLB. CAPT CLBED THE ACFT ACCORDING TO THE COMMAND. THE RA CLRED AT FL255 AND WE RETURNED TO FL240. WE INFORMED ATC OF OUR CLB AND DSCNT. WE WERE TOLD THAT A T38 CAME UP UNDER US AT FL230. ATC SAID NOTHING FURTHER ABOUT THE MATTER.
