Narrative:
I was working feeder east-1 during arrival rush. The security guard entered the TRACON and began arguing with the feeder east-2 controller while the controller was working live traffic. This was a dangerous and unacceptable distraction to all controllers in the area. The area supervisor intervened to stop the altercation. Security personnel are supposed to protect us from distractions such as these, not create them.
