Narrative:
Had stabilized approach, about 100 ft AGL experienced severe sink rate. Added power to stop sink rate. Decided to continue with the approach to landing, reduced power, touchdown on mains firmly. Aircraft became airborne again, airspeed too slow. Captain decided to go around. Executed go around procedures, came back to land with no incident or damage to aircraft.

Title: FLC OF LTT ON STABILIZED APCH HAS WIND SHEAR ENCOUNTER AT 100 FT WITH SEVERE SINK RATE. ACFT BOUNCES AFTER HARD LNDG AND A GAR IS PERFORMED.
Narrative: HAD STABILIZED APCH, ABOUT 100 FT AGL EXPERIENCED SEVERE SINK RATE. ADDED PWR TO STOP SINK RATE. DECIDED TO CONTINUE WITH THE APCH TO LNDG, REDUCED PWR, TOUCHDOWN ON MAINS FIRMLY. ACFT BECAME AIRBORNE AGAIN, AIRSPD TOO SLOW. CAPT DECIDED TO GO AROUND. EXECUTED GAR PROCS, CAME BACK TO LAND WITH NO INCIDENT OR DAMAGE TO ACFT.
