Narrative:
Inbound gfk, thunderstorms in area, ATC vectors around storms. Wind 20 KTS gusting to 30 KTS at 150 degrees. Approach turbulent, windshear, strong gusts. Added 5 KTS to approach speed (95 KTS), limited flaps to 10 degrees. Normal soft landing on mains. Sudden gust lifted plane into the air, plane bounced on mains, went nose low, landed on nosewheel. Blew nose tire, slightly bent strut, propeller strike on both propellers. No injuries, no structural damage. FAA inspected and released plane. Repair work will be done at gfk.
