Narrative:
Reported for duty at XA25 local. Airplane just came out of maintenance in duj. Airplane had all 3 landing gear replaced due to time in service. This was the first flight with the new landing gear. I was told all checks while aircraft was on jacks were fine. Upon approach and landing into pit, selection of gear down, did not get a green light for nose gear and red gear unsafe light remained illuminated. Recycled landing gear and same results. Continued on visual approach with gear down for a low approach fly-by with control tower. Visual with tower stated nose gear appeared down. Troubleshot with power levers, reducing power and received continuous gear unsafe warning horn. Also, when flaps selected beyond 17 degrees approach setting, received continuous gear unsafe warning horn non cancelable. After low approach radar vectors, by ATC, went through options and checklists for manual gear extension to try to get a green light on nose gear. Informed passenger of situation. Before completing manual extension checklist, tried gear recycling 2 more times with same results. Completed manual gear extension, still no nose gear green light and gear unsafe red light illuminated also continuous gear unsafe warning horn when power reduced and/or flaps selected beyond approach 17 degrees. Completed a second fly-by with manual extension of gear. Tower stated nose gear appears down, informed ATC we would be landing and to have crash fire rescue equipment trucks out and available for our use. Called operations to inform maintenance of our situation and to have a bus and baggage vehicles ready for passenger. Also informed passenger and briefed them on emergency evacuate/evacuation procedures and what to expect after landing. Complted before landing and final landing checklists as well as descent and in range checklists. Discussed with first officer actions to take if nose gear does collapse on landing. On final and throughout landing red gear unsafe light remained illuminated and continuous gear unsafe warning horn sounded. Rollout of landing nose gear remained extended, did not collapse, was able to rollout off runway onto a high speed turn off taxiway, brought airplane to a stop. Maintenance arrived shortly and pinned gear down and locked and plane was towed to the gate for further inspection. Airplane was ferried to duj for further maintenance with the gear locked down. Adjustments needed to be made to the nose gear down position micro switch indicator. I would think that a test flight would be required whenever all or some of the landing gear has been replaced because of the in-flight pressures which are unable to be duplicated when landing gear is static checked on jacks in hangar.

Title: THE FLC OF AN ACR BE02 HAD TO MAKE A LNDG WITH THE NOSE GEAR INDICATING UNSAFE DUE TO AN OUT-OF-ADJUSTMENT MICRO SWITCH. THIS WAS THE ACFT'S FIRST FLT AFTER IT HAD ALL 3 LNDG GEAR REPLACED DURING A MAJOR MAINT OP.
Narrative: RPTED FOR DUTY AT XA25 LCL. AIRPLANE JUST CAME OUT OF MAINT IN DUJ. AIRPLANE HAD ALL 3 LNDG GEAR REPLACED DUE TO TIME IN SVC. THIS WAS THE FIRST FLT WITH THE NEW LNDG GEAR. I WAS TOLD ALL CHKS WHILE ACFT WAS ON JACKS WERE FINE. UPON APCH AND LNDG INTO PIT, SELECTION OF GEAR DOWN, DID NOT GET A GREEN LIGHT FOR NOSE GEAR AND RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. RECYCLED LNDG GEAR AND SAME RESULTS. CONTINUED ON VISUAL APCH WITH GEAR DOWN FOR A LOW APCH FLY-BY WITH CTL TWR. VISUAL WITH TWR STATED NOSE GEAR APPEARED DOWN. TROUBLESHOT WITH PWR LEVERS, REDUCING PWR AND RECEIVED CONTINUOUS GEAR UNSAFE WARNING HORN. ALSO, WHEN FLAPS SELECTED BEYOND 17 DEGS APCH SETTING, RECEIVED CONTINUOUS GEAR UNSAFE WARNING HORN NON CANCELABLE. AFTER LOW APCH RADAR VECTORS, BY ATC, WENT THROUGH OPTIONS AND CHKLISTS FOR MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION TO TRY TO GET A GREEN LIGHT ON NOSE GEAR. INFORMED PAX OF SIT. BEFORE COMPLETING MANUAL EXTENSION CHKLIST, TRIED GEAR RECYCLING 2 MORE TIMES WITH SAME RESULTS. COMPLETED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION, STILL NO NOSE GEAR GREEN LIGHT AND GEAR UNSAFE RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED ALSO CONTINUOUS GEAR UNSAFE WARNING HORN WHEN PWR REDUCED AND/OR FLAPS SELECTED BEYOND APCH 17 DEGS. COMPLETED A SECOND FLY-BY WITH MANUAL EXTENSION OF GEAR. TWR STATED NOSE GEAR APPEARS DOWN, INFORMED ATC WE WOULD BE LNDG AND TO HAVE CFR TRUCKS OUT AND AVAILABLE FOR OUR USE. CALLED OPS TO INFORM MAINT OF OUR SIT AND TO HAVE A BUS AND BAGGAGE VEHICLES READY FOR PAX. ALSO INFORMED PAX AND BRIEFED THEM ON EMER EVAC PROCS AND WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER LNDG. COMPLTED BEFORE LNDG AND FINAL LNDG CHKLISTS AS WELL AS DSCNT AND IN RANGE CHKLISTS. DISCUSSED WITH FO ACTIONS TO TAKE IF NOSE GEAR DOES COLLAPSE ON LNDG. ON FINAL AND THROUGHOUT LNDG RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND CONTINUOUS GEAR UNSAFE WARNING HORN SOUNDED. ROLLOUT OF LNDG NOSE GEAR REMAINED EXTENDED, DID NOT COLLAPSE, WAS ABLE TO ROLLOUT OFF RWY ONTO A HIGH SPD TURN OFF TXWY, BROUGHT AIRPLANE TO A STOP. MAINT ARRIVED SHORTLY AND PINNED GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED AND PLANE WAS TOWED TO THE GATE FOR FURTHER INSPECTION. AIRPLANE WAS FERRIED TO DUJ FOR FURTHER MAINT WITH THE GEAR LOCKED DOWN. ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED TO BE MADE TO THE NOSE GEAR DOWN POS MICRO SWITCH INDICATOR. I WOULD THINK THAT A TEST FLT WOULD BE REQUIRED WHENEVER ALL OR SOME OF THE LNDG GEAR HAS BEEN REPLACED BECAUSE OF THE INFLT PRESSURES WHICH ARE UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED WHEN LNDG GEAR IS STATIC CHKED ON JACKS IN HANGAR.
