Narrative:
At mci the radar scopes will be out of focus but only on part of the scope. Airways facilities has looked at the problem but has no answers. We have 9 scopes with everyone being out of focus on some part of the scope. When busy, call signs are confused and the workload is increased. This is an on-going problem at mci.

Narrative: AT MCI THE RADAR SCOPES WILL BE OUT OF FOCUS BUT ONLY ON PART OF THE SCOPE. AIRWAYS FACILITIES HAS LOOKED AT THE PROB BUT HAS NO ANSWERS. WE HAVE 9 SCOPES WITH EVERYONE BEING OUT OF FOCUS ON SOME PART OF THE SCOPE. WHEN BUSY, CALL SIGNS ARE CONFUSED AND THE WORKLOAD IS INCREASED. THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROB AT MCI.
