Narrative:
On approach to landing on runway 27R phl, approach never switched us to tower frequency. We landed while still tuned to 125.4, the final approach frequency. We should have asked approach to go to tower but did not. We discovered our mistake when we were on the ground to change to ground frequency. All crew members must be vigilant during all phases of flight especially during the critical landing phase. Supplemental information from acn 380881: there were no real distractions. Everyone must work hard to prevent such mistakes.
