Narrative:

At 2500 ft on final approach, right engine oil low pressure light came on. Oil quantity noted at zero, oil pressure noted at 20 psi. Engine left in idle through landing. Shutdown after landing still with 20 psi. Aircraft taxied to gate. Ground mechanic came to cockpit during deplaning and advised that fire was burning in tailpipe of right engine. Engine motored. Crash fire rescue equipment called, expedited passenger and cabin crew deplaning. Ground personnel extinguished fire. No injuries or evacuate/evacuation occurred. No engine fire warnings occurred in cockpit at any time.
