Narrative:

I am a high minimums captain (less than 100 hours in type) on my 3RD day of line flying. This was the 3RD of 8 legs today. Uneventful takeoff/initial climb out of mia. TCASII displayed traffic below. Looking for traffic off left side, I continued climb past assigned altitude 7000 ft to 7800 ft. ATC called altitude, then gave us a continued climb to 9000 ft.
