Narrative:
Once again kansas city international experienced problems with a radar scope. This morning the map and alphanumerics began fading in and out on the scope. We experience problems with these old scopes everyday. We still have at least 2 radar scopes that have been OTS for at least 6 months. These poor radar scopes will someday be the cause of a tragedy if something isn't done soon.
