Narrative:
Tail dragger. Wheel landing on runway 25. Tail had settled down on wheel under control. Aircraft right wing lifted up and aircraft started turning left. I gave hard right rudder to no avail. Right aileron could not control wing. Ran off runway (left) and into ditch between taxiway and runway. Large rocks in ditch ripped off landing gear. Propeller strike on rocks. No passenger in aircraft (only pilot). No one hurt. Extensive damage to engine, propeller, engine cowling, and landing gear.
