Narrative:
Aircraft 'a' was sbound on A632 estimating akers at XA20. Aircraft 'B' was wbound from 39/60 -- akers A699 estimating akers at XA25. Both aircraft were at FL350 then aircraft 'B' was given a clearance to cross akers at FL370. The situation was realized by the odaps position. The non radar sector controller did not realize it. The situation was found when the first aircraft 'a' was already by akers so no corrective action could be taken.
