Narrative:
I departed palomar, ca, to goodyear, az. The planned route was victor airways to bard VOR (yuma, az), V135 to blythe, V16 to buckeye, and direct to goodyear, az. Between yuma and blythe, I decided to practice maneuvers. After approximately 20 mins, I noticed the area was unfamiliar. At that point, I determined my position as on the buckeye VOR 240 degree radial and 65 DME. This confirmed I was in R2308A. I immediately turned north to exit the airspace. A short time later a military aircraft flew alongside for approximately 1 min and left. In the future, I need to plan a plan and fly the plan instead of randomly planning airwork in an unfamiliar area (unfortunately in this case, the area was surrounded by sua). It would be better judgement to plan airwork in a different area closer to my home base airport, while concentrating on navigation concerns and airspace awareness en route.

Title: PLT OF BE BONANZA ON XCOUNTRY FLT BEGINS TRAINING MANEUVERS AND DISCOVERS HE HAS ENTERED A RESTR AREA. AS HE IS EXITING THE AREA HE IS INTERCEPTED BY A MIL FGT.
Narrative: I DEPARTED PALOMAR, CA, TO GOODYEAR, AZ. THE PLANNED RTE WAS VICTOR AIRWAYS TO BARD VOR (YUMA, AZ), V135 TO BLYTHE, V16 TO BUCKEYE, AND DIRECT TO GOODYEAR, AZ. BTWN YUMA AND BLYTHE, I DECIDED TO PRACTICE MANEUVERS. AFTER APPROX 20 MINS, I NOTICED THE AREA WAS UNFAMILIAR. AT THAT POINT, I DETERMINED MY POS AS ON THE BUCKEYE VOR 240 DEG RADIAL AND 65 DME. THIS CONFIRMED I WAS IN R2308A. I IMMEDIATELY TURNED N TO EXIT THE AIRSPACE. A SHORT TIME LATER A MIL ACFT FLEW ALONGSIDE FOR APPROX 1 MIN AND LEFT. IN THE FUTURE, I NEED TO PLAN A PLAN AND FLY THE PLAN INSTEAD OF RANDOMLY PLANNING AIRWORK IN AN UNFAMILIAR AREA (UNFORTUNATELY IN THIS CASE, THE AREA WAS SURROUNDED BY SUA). IT WOULD BE BETTER JUDGEMENT TO PLAN AIRWORK IN A DIFFERENT AREA CLOSER TO MY HOME BASE ARPT, WHILE CONCENTRATING ON NAV CONCERNS AND AIRSPACE AWARENESS ENRTE.
