Narrative:
I was marshalled, with wing walkers, to park between a B747 and airbus in the maintenance ramp in yyz (toronto, pearson international). While following the instructions of the marshaller to turn left, I felt an uncommanded rudder movement, I stopped the aircraft. The rudder of my aircraft had struck the right wingtip of the B747 breaking their navigation light and damaging my rudder. The B747 was not occupied. Based on the indications I was receiving from the marshaller, I believed there was adequate room to accomplish this parking maneuver. I believe there was a breakdown in communication between the wing walkers and marshaller because I never received any indication of a problem until it was too late. In the future, when confronted with a similar situation, I will insist on being towed into parking. Our equipment chief pilot was in the jump seat and witnessed the whole thing!
