Narrative:

On climb out out of buffalo international airport I went to roll nose up trim and found the trim wheel stuck. I attempted to roll both nose up and nose down trim with no success. I asked my first officer to assist in back pressure on the yoke, during climb. After leveling off and troubleshooting, we told the controller of our situation. We advised the controller that the elevator trim tab was stuck, but we needed no assistance or priority handling. We elected to continue our flight to teb due to the WX en route (airports) being slightly above minimums and the icy runway at buffalo. Teb WX VFR. The landing at teb was uneventful. I feel this was due to the excellent crew communication. The two of us agreed to continue to teb to prevent descending back through the ice and a landing on an icy runway. En route, we briefed for the approach and landing. I flew the airplane as my first officer controled the power, flaps, and gear. He also was prepared to provide control pressures if needed. Good work and communication by my fellow crew member.
