Narrative:
Aircraft abc was at ZZZ station OTS due to a hydraulic leak above #1 engine pylon. Crew was sent to ZZZ to investigate cause and repair to return aircraft to service. Found main hydraulic supply line to pylon chaffed and leaking. During removal of hydraulic line, several lines and brackets are required to remove line. After 2 crews and 2 days, aircraft return to service. Aircraft then proceed to fly to xyz for routine maintenance and service check. During flight, crew reported trim problem. After troubleshooting the downline maintenance stated 2 spoiler lines were swapped, causing a spoiler to be inoperative. After review found all 4 hydraulic lines to be same size and 'B' nut all the same. Still uncertain at what point or how lines could have been swapped due to routing of lines and angles.
