Narrative:
I landed runway 19L. Clear of runway at taxiway J abeam taxiway C. I then contacted ground and received clearance to taxi along txwys C and a to parking. While on taxiway a sbound, I observed a falcon jet, exit runway 19R at a high rate of speed at taxiway east. We then heard ground instruct the falcon to 'hold short of taxiway a for the cessna.' falcon continued onto taxiway a anyway and responded to ground 'we'll just pull to the right.' I had to take evasive action to avoid a collision. Ground called falcon and told them to be more careful and to call the tower phone number.
