Narrative:
I was transitioning wbound along the shoreline above malibu, ca, at 1500 ft past the temporary restr airspace and apparently dropped below 1500 ft while transitioning. My copilot and I were aware of the restr and were watching our altitude to maintain 1500 ft. I subsequently had my 100 hour/annual and had my altimeter checked and adjusted.

Title: A TB20 PLT ENTERED A TEMPORARY RESTR AREA WHILE ON A PLEASURE FLT ALONG THE LAX SHORELINE. HE BLAMES HIS ALTIMETER.
Narrative: I WAS TRANSITIONING WBOUND ALONG THE SHORELINE ABOVE MALIBU, CA, AT 1500 FT PAST THE TEMPORARY RESTR AIRSPACE AND APPARENTLY DROPPED BELOW 1500 FT WHILE TRANSITIONING.
