Narrative:

Aircraft call for IFR clearance. This was read with a route amendment. Original route was via dpk direct bdl. Amended clearance included dpk 2 arrival to bdl. Controller read this to aircraft, but did not catch its omission on readback. This was possibly the result of noise or other distraction at the time. (Bad speakers in cabin attendant with all voice coming through 1 speaker.) controller (me) became aware of this about 1 hour after departure when queried as to the routing issued to aircraft. Possible factor was fatigue due to lack of sleep and problems at home resulting in worry and melancholy feelings.
