Reports of moderate to severe turbulence from FL290 to FL190 in the descent. Slowed to maneuvering speed (va) prior to descent. Upon leaving FL330 for 17000 ft, severe and extremely severe turbulence was encountered from FL320 to FL190. PIREP to ATC made and turbulence ended at FL190.
