Narrative:
Aircraft X departed alb and was given a heading to join airway on flight plan route. Aircraft X was also given an altitude assignment. Aircraft X read back heading, airway and assigned altitude of 10000 ft. Aircraft X was then handed off to center and frequency changed. Aircraft X then continued climb above assigned altitude. Center lost separation and had 700 ft 2.6 mi between climbing aircraft X and descending aircraft Y. Contributing factor to readback/hearback error. Controller had moderate traffic, another sector should have been opened sooner. No supervisor or controller in charge in operating quarters. Training on data position to left of departure sector. Had general supervisor been readily available and within operating quarters before influx of traffic, another sector could have been opened and workload decreased. Distractions occur when trying to properly brief another sector to split it up and controller responsible for traffic has attention split up 6 different ways to 6 different people, besides line traffic.

Title: TRACON DEP CTLR COMPLETED A HDOF AND XFERRED COM ON A DEPARTING AIR TAXI JET TO THE CTR WITH INCORRECT ALT ASSIGNMENT. RPTR ALSO CONTRIBUTES READBACK HEARBACK SYS ERROR TO WORKLOAD, SUPERVISION AND OTHER OPERATIONAL DISTRACTIONS.
Narrative: ACFT X DEPARTED ALB AND WAS GIVEN A HEADING TO JOIN AIRWAY ON FLT PLAN RTE. ACFT X WAS ALSO GIVEN AN ALT ASSIGNMENT. ACFT X READ BACK HEADING, AIRWAY AND ASSIGNED ALT OF 10000 FT. ACFT X WAS THEN HANDED OFF TO CTR AND FREQ CHANGED. ACFT X THEN CONTINUED CLB ABOVE ASSIGNED ALT. CTR LOST SEPARATION AND HAD 700 FT 2.6 MI BTWN CLBING ACFT X AND DSNDING ACFT Y. CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO READBACK/HEARBACK ERROR. CTLR HAD MODERATE TFC, ANOTHER SECTOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPENED SOONER. NO SUPVR OR CIC IN OPERATING QUARTERS. TRAINING ON DATA POS TO L OF DEP SECTOR. HAD GENERAL SUPVR BEEN READILY AVAILABLE AND WITHIN OPERATING QUARTERS BEFORE INFLUX OF TFC, ANOTHER SECTOR COULD HAVE BEEN OPENED AND WORKLOAD DECREASED. DISTRACTIONS OCCUR WHEN TRYING TO PROPERLY BRIEF ANOTHER SECTOR TO SPLIT IT UP AND CTLR RESPONSIBLE FOR TFC HAS ATTN SPLIT UP 6 DIFFERENT WAYS TO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BESIDES LINE TFC.
