Narrative:

We had just been deiced in rockford, il. The deicing supervisor read us our deicing information and holdover time, then cleared us to go. The first officer verified we were cleared to taxi, and the supervisor responded 'cleared to go.' the captain applied power after checking and seeing no marshaller present. We moved only a few feet when something was apparently wrong. He stopped the aircraft immediately. The deice supervisor then stated he had lost communication with his deice truck and shut down our engines. We did so and eventually exited the aircraft to find we had collided with a deicing vehicle. There were no injuries.
