Narrative:

Upon landing at mbj the tailskid of the aircraft contacted the runway. Runway 25 was in use and the winds were approximately 300 degrees at 12 KTS. After initial touchdown the aircraft became airborne again and in preparation for secondary contact with the runway the nose was raised to an attitude that then allowed the tailskid to contact the runway. Upon gate arrival we were notified by a flight attendant at the rear exit area of a noise on touchdown and upon exterior examination noticed paint scraped away from the tailskid. Supplemental information from acn 388498: I was first officer PNF. Captain landed plane, had slight bounce, followed by final landing. Slightly higher nose attitude probably due to wind since showers passing through area. Touchdowns were not hard. After shutdown, flight attendant seated at aft station reported hearing a bang. Exterior inspection revealed smooth clean tail skid and several rivets popped. Did not hear or feel anything unusual in cockpit.
