Narrative:

Low speed abort (below 80 KTS) at tpa for master caution, forward cargo light. Ramp loaders opened and shut door to ensure that strap was removed. All indications normal. Ran check for brake cooling and ensured all was ok. Proceeded to fll as scheduled. Filled out irregularity report and called chief pilot about abort. He had me do write- up in logbook for abort. After flying 3 more legs, maintenance was servicing oil and found write-up. They felt it was not required, but since it was, it created an open logbook entry that should have had a signoff from a mechanic.
