Narrative:

On departure from phx to aspen, co, the nose gear would not retract. A return landing at phx was made uneventfully. It was later found that a ground crew employee mistakenly pulled the nosewheel gear lock pin before hooking up pushback tug. He then forgot to resecure the pin after engine start. After reviewing and getting a new release from dispatch and filing company occurrence reports, the flight was continued to aspen uneventfully.
