Narrative:
I was helping change a nose tire. I was also wanted on another aircraft as soon as possible. The [nose] axle [nut] outer washer was left off. There was no damage done to the axle. Even though I was not the person who removed and installed the axle nut; I'm the one who signed the job off.

Title: Two Line Mechanics report that a nose gear axle nut washer was not reinstalled on a B767-300 aircraft during a nose tire change at a terminal gate.
