Narrative:
On VFR flight to myf, when over crq at 6000 ft, I noted low fuel pressure. Boost pump did not help. Contacted crq tower, advised I wanted precautionary landing. At 1000 ft, I attempted to lower the landing gear with no success. I then attempted emergency gear extension but was unable to bring the gear to the locked position. Was forced to land without gear. Airframe suffered only minimal damage, 2 souls on board were unhurt.
