Narrative:
Flying a falcon 200 medivac aircraft out of singapore, united states registration n-number, transporting people from asia, india, vietnam, pacific rim countries to singapore for medical care. Owner says we can do this much needed service legally under part 91. The singapore government issued a letter allowing this thinking. We are operating under united states part 135 regulations with a company in denver, although we have no agreement with them. They are quoting charter rates to companies all over the world. But they claim they are in the medical service business and the airplane is just another tool to help the doctors transport their patients. I say as long as we have an n- number on the aircraft we are providing charter service and are in violation of FARS. I quit and came back to the states.
