Narrative:
Just before beginning descent from FL350 for approach to sin, aircraft entered a very small but violent thunderstorm top. Radar was on and monitored, but no returns. Experienced 8-10 seconds of severe turbulence. A few passenger and flight attendants experienced minor injuries. Encounter was entered in logbook and aircraft inspected before further flight.

Title: AN ACR WDB ACFT HITS THE TOPS OF A TSTM AND EXPERIENCES SEVERE TURB THAT CAUSES MINOR INJURIES.
Narrative: JUST BEFORE BEGINNING DSCNT FROM FL350 FOR APCH TO SIN, ACFT ENTERED A VERY SMALL BUT VIOLENT TSTM TOP. RADAR WAS ON AND MONITORED, BUT NO RETURNS. EXPERIENCED 8-10 SECONDS OF SEVERE TURB. A FEW PAX AND FLT ATTENDANTS EXPERIENCED MINOR INJURIES. ENCOUNTER WAS ENTERED IN LOGBOOK AND ACFT INSPECTED BEFORE FURTHER FLT.
