Narrative:
This flight encountered momentary turbulence while deviating south of small radar echo. At FL370 wind INS 200/95. Seat belt sign was on. Several mins later lead flight attendant reported 3 flight attendants with minor injuries. This incident points out the need to maintain adequate distances while circumnaving around radar echoes.

Narrative: THIS FLT ENCOUNTERED MOMENTARY TURB WHILE DEVIATING S OF SMALL RADAR ECHO. AT FL370 WIND INS 200/95. SEAT BELT SIGN WAS ON.
