Narrative:
On approach on runway 26 at ont, received an aural windshear warning. Executed windshear escape procedure. At the completion of the windshear event, proceeded to execute the approach and landing for runway 8. Landing was uneventful. At termination of flight filled out logbook stating windshear encounter and executed windshear escape procedure form.

Narrative: ON APCH ON RWY 26 AT ONT, RECEIVED AN AURAL WINDSHEAR WARNING. EXECUTED WINDSHEAR ESCAPE PROC. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WINDSHEAR EVENT, PROCEEDED TO EXECUTE THE APCH AND LNDG FOR RWY 8. LNDG WAS UNEVENTFUL. AT TERMINATION OF FLT FILLED OUT LOGBOOK STATING WINDSHEAR ENCOUNTER AND EXECUTED WINDSHEAR ESCAPE PROC FORM.
