Narrative:
Due to ground skeleton crew, we were trying to get aircraft dispatched. Ground crew was inexperienced. Between trying to get WX, paperwork and making sure all containers were properly secured, we forgot to get paperwork for new release.

Title: B747 CARGO ACFT PRIOR TO FLT, RPTR CAPT SAYS THE GND CREW WAS INEXPERIENCED AND MINIMUM STAFF. THE EXTRA ATTN REQUIRED BY RPTR CONTRIBUTED TO LACK OF OBTAINING A CURRENT RELEASE.
Narrative: DUE TO GND SKELETON CREW, WE WERE TRYING TO GET ACFT DISPATCHED. GND CREW WAS INEXPERIENCED. BTWN TRYING TO GET WX, PAPERWORK AND MAKING SURE ALL CONTAINERS WERE PROPERLY SECURED, WE FORGOT TO GET PAPERWORK FOR NEW RELEASE.
